Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible with your order number.

If the payment has already been made, the eligible refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Once a cancellation request is accepted, the refund may take a few business days to reflect, depending on your payment provider.

Important

Cancellation requests must be made before your order is shipped. We are unable to cancel orders once they have been dispatched.
